The scheme involves a large array of PV panels and high efficient building fabrics, as well as a financial contribution to Local Authority's carbon offset fund.

The large five-bedroom new dwelling, designed by the architect Selsdon Consultancy, is a beautiful Georgian style home.

This eco house features Daikin air source heat pump, Nuaire mechanical ventilation with heat recovery system and high energy efficient building fabrics.
